Cocinar hasta que toda la preparaci\u00f3n quede seca. Reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado, batir ligeramente los huevos con la mitad del queso rallado, condimentar con sal y nuez moscada, e incorporar a la preparaci\u00f3n de espinacas. Revolver.<\/li>\n<li>Esparcir sobre una placa de 30 x 40 cm. para pionono, rociada y forrada con papel manteca enmantecado.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a horno fuerte durante 10 minutos. Cuando est\u00e9 dorado en la superficie, retirar y desmoldar sobre un lienzo. Dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir la superficie con jam\u00f3n. En uno de los extremos colocar el queso fresco y enrollar desde ese extremo.
