{"id":42194,"date":"2015-07-31T11:00:09","date_gmt":"2015-07-31T14:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=42194"},"modified":"2020-02-29T15:41:02","modified_gmt":"2020-02-29T18:41:02","slug":"menu-de-viernes-lomo-saltado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2015\/07\/31\/menu-de-viernes-lomo-saltado\/","title":{"rendered":"Lomo saltado"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg. de carne (bisteck, huachalomo, lomo fino)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kg. cebolla cortada a lo largo (grueso)<\/li>\n<li>250 gr. tomate pelado y cortado a lo largo<\/li>\n<li>1 kg. papas cortadas para fre\u00edrlas<\/li>\n<li>sal, pimienta y ajos al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Sillao<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de perejil picado,<\/li>\n<li>vinagre c\/n.<\/li>\n<li>aceite c\/n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fre\u00edr las papas en regular cantidad de aceite bien caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Echar las papas que se van friendo en un recipiente en el que haya colocado papel toalla o servilletas de papel, para absorber el aceite.<\/li>\n<li>Lavar la carne y escurrir bien, luego sazonarla con sal, pimienta, ajos y Sillao, de preferencia dejar reposar.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n con aceite bien caliente fre\u00edr la carne en partes, procurando flambearla para obtener un delicioso sabor.<\/li>\n<li>Para obtener el flambeado es necesario calentar el aceite hasta que se vea que este comienza a humear, en ese momento echar la carne, o cebolla y tomate y mover un poco la sart\u00e9n, obteniendo as\u00ed las llamas dentro de la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>En el caso de la cebolla y el tomate un vez que se han echado \u00e9stos en el aceite caliente, proceda a agregar un chorrito de vinagre que es lo que va a producir el flambeado, obteniendo as\u00ed el sabor caracter\u00edstico del lomo saltado. Agregar sal.<br \/>\nUna vez cocinadas la carne, cebolla y tomate unir con las papas fritas y el perejil picado.
