De leche<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 Ajo puerro<\/li>\n<li>1 Cebolla chica<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tomate<\/li>\n<li>Sal, pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><b>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hervir las zanahorias peladas en la leche (para que queden m\u00e1s tiernas). En una sart\u00e9n rehogar la cebolla junto con el ajo puerro y reservar. En una licuadora o un mixer, colocar las zanahorias, las cebollas y el ajo puerro y los huevos. Licuar toda la preparaci\u00f3n. Condimentar con sal y pimienta. Agregar dos cucharaditas de f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz, colocar la preparaci\u00f3n en un molde de bud\u00edn, o un molde savar\u00edn. Llevar a horno precalentado durante 45 minutos a una hora.
