{"id":42157,"date":"2015-07-30T08:00:20","date_gmt":"2015-07-30T11:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=42157"},"modified":"2020-02-29T18:50:14","modified_gmt":"2020-02-29T21:50:14","slug":"menu-de-jueves-sopa-de-champignones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2015\/07\/30\/menu-de-jueves-sopa-de-champignones\/","title":{"rendered":"Sopa de champignones"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>90 g de manteca<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>350 g de champignones<\/li>\n<li>900 cc de caldo de pollo<\/li>\n<li>1 cda. de perejil picado<\/li>\n<li>1 pu\u00f1ado de perejil fresco<\/li>\n<li>50 cc de jerez<\/li>\n<li>100 cc de crema<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pelar la cebolla y cortarla en finas rodajas.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar los champignones en mitades.<\/li>\n<li>Derretir la manteca en una cacerola, agregar las cebollas y rehogarlas hasta que est\u00e9n blandas y transparentes. A\u00f1adir los champignones y cocinar durante 8 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar el caldo de pollo, el perejil entero sin picar y revolver. Una vez que hierva bajar el fuego y cocinar durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li>Apagar el fuego y retirar el perejil.
