Revolver hasta lograr la consistencia del caramelo. Revolver con cuchara de madera.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para las manzanas, pelarlas y descorazonarlas. Cortarlas a la mitad y colocarlas con la parte curva hacia abajo sobre el caramelo.<\/li>\n<li>Bajar el fuego y cocinar por 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para la masa, colcoar en procesadora la harina, la manteca fr\u00eda en cubitos, el az\u00facar, sal. Procesar un minuto y agregar el agua fr\u00eda. Seguir procesando. Descansar en heladera y estirar del tama\u00f1o de la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cubrir la sart\u00e9n con la masa y llevar al horno fuerte por 10 minutos.
