Dejar reposar y formar bollos de 50 grs. Estirar en c\u00edrculos de 2 mm y cocinar en chapa caliente sin nada de materia grasa.<\/li>\n<li>Pisar la palta (no procesarla) con tenedor o pisa papa. Agregarle un poco de jugo de lim\u00f3n. Incorporar los restantes ingredientes, salpimentar y mezclar bien. Para que no se oscurezca la preparaci\u00f3n cubrir con papel film en contacto.<\/li>\n<li>Saltear las carnes a punto en tiritas.
