Cubrir un molde de 24 cm desmontable (enmantecado) y llevar a la helera.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para el relleno, en un bol, colocar las yemas y sumar la mitad del az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Aparte, calentar la leche y sumar la mitad del az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Volcar la leche caliente sobre las yemas batiendo las yemas. Volcar nuevamente la preparaci\u00f3n a la olla y revolver constantemente hasta que al dividir la preparaci\u00f3n con el dedo en un plato quede separada (85 grados).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Volcar la preparaci\u00f3n sobre el chocolate picado y dejar derretir unos minutos. Mezclar con esp\u00e1tula y agregar la crema semibatida integrando con movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Aparte, disovler la gelatina en agua fr\u00eda. Disolver a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda. Colocar un poquito de mezcla de relleno en la gelatina, mezclar. Volcar la mezcla de gelatina y chocolate a la preparaci\u00f3n principal e integrar nuevamente con movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tomar el molde con la base y volcar la mezcla sobre \u00e9sta.
