Agregar el ajo m\u00e1s la cebolla y morr\u00f3n picados. Sumar la salchicha parrillera picada y salpimentar. Cuando transparentan los vegetales desglasar con vino blanco y cuando evapora el alcohol condimentamos con or\u00e9gano ye incorporamos el tomate triturado.<\/li>\n<li>Tapar y reducir por 2 horas a fuego bajo.<\/li>\n<li>Para el pur\u00e9, hervir las papas en agua y sal y pisar. Condimentar con pimienta y agregar la leche, manteca pomada y crema de leche. Batir bien hasta integrar y por \u00faltimo agregar la mozzarella rallada. Seguir batiendo hasta incorporar.
