Con cuidado, enrollarlos y fijar su apertura con palillos de madera.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar el vino y el agua en una sart\u00e9n y poner a hervir. Bajar la llama, acomodar los rollitos de pescado y cocinar destapado durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Para la salsa, derretir la manteca, agregar la cebolla, los echalotes y los aj\u00edes picados, revolver hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 transparente.<\/li>\n<li>agregar el tomillo, el agua, el cubo de caldo, el az\u00facar, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y una pizca de p\u00e1prika.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar que hierva, bajar la llama y cocinar destapado por 15 minutos o hasta que los aj\u00edes est\u00e9n tiernos.
