Incorporar la leche, la crema, mezclar y dejar reposar en heladera por una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Luego, retirar la espuma de la superficie y volcar la preparaci\u00f3n en los recipientes aptos para horno en los que se servir\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>Poner los moldes en una fuente para horno algo profunda con papel de cocina en el fondo, para que no se deslicen, y cocinar hasta que lleguen a la consistencia de flan en la temperatura m\u00e1s baja del horno, como la usada para merengues; o bien en m\u00ednimo y a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda en aquellos hornos que no tengan una temperatura tan suave.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar, dejar en la heladera dos horas y hacer el gratinado espolvore\u00e1ndolas con el az\u00facar impalpable y quem\u00e1ndola con soplete de pasteler\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes 3 yemas 75 grs de az\u00facar 1 chauchas de vainilla 100 cc de leche 400 cc de crema de leche Az\u00facar impalpable, c\/n &nbsp; Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0 Batir las yemas con el az\u00facar.
