Trocear el pollo y dorarlo en el disco con aceite de oliva. Retirarlo y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar los pimientos en juliana, la cebolla en aros y picar los dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>saltearlos en la misma cazuela, agregando m\u00e1s aceite de oliva de ser necesario.<\/li>\n<li>agregar el pollo, el vino y dejar evaporar el alcohol. Luego agregar el tomate triturado y cocinar unos min.<\/li>\n<li>pelar y cortar las papas al estilo espa\u00f1ola. Acomodarlas rodeando el pollo. Condimentar con todos los condimentos y agregar un poco de caldo.<\/li>\n<li>continuar con la cocci\u00f3n hasta que las papas y el pollo est\u00e9n bien cocidos. Ir agregando mas caldo o vino para evitar que se seque demasiado y se pegue.
