Reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Quitarle la corteza al pan y cortarlo en cubos.<\/li>\n<li>Rallar la c\u00e1scara del lim\u00f3n, solamente la parte amarilla.<\/li>\n<li>Entibiar la leche junto con los otros 150 g. de az\u00facar y la esencia de vainilla.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar a la leche tibia la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y los cubos de pan.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar reposar unos minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Deshacer el pan con un tenedor o procesarlo.<\/li>\n<li>Aparte batir muy poco los huevos junto con la crema de leche.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar los huevos a la mezcla de pan con leche.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar las pasas de uva y mezclar muy bien.<\/li>\n<li>Verter en el molde acaramelado.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cocinar en horno mediano, a ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda, durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li>Desmoldar cuando entibie.<\/li>\n<li>Servir tibio o fr\u00edo, se puede acompa\u00f1ar con dulce de leche o crema chantilly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes\u00a0 Pan \u00bd K Leche \u00bd litro Az\u00facar 300 g Huevos 6 Pasas de uva 100 g Crema de leche 100 g Lim\u00f3n 1 Esencia de vainilla 2 cucharadas Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0 En un molde met\u00e1lico calentar 150 g. de az\u00facar hasta que tome punto caramelo.
