{"id":40240,"date":"2021-04-26T08:00:08","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T11:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=40240"},"modified":"2021-04-26T09:22:09","modified_gmt":"2021-04-26T12:22:09","slug":"menu-de-hoy-pastel-de-papas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2021\/04\/26\/menu-de-hoy-pastel-de-papas\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastel de papas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Carne picada, \u00bd K<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla, 1<\/li>\n<li>Aj\u00ed morr\u00f3n rojo, 1<\/li>\n<li>Tomate perita, 1 lata<\/li>\n<li>Huevos, 3<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas verdes, 100g<\/li>\n<li>Pasas de uva, 50g<\/li>\n<li>Papas, 1k<\/li>\n<li>Manteca, 50g<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva, cantidad necesaria<\/li>\n<li>Sal, pimienta, aj\u00ed molido y or\u00e9gano a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Picar la cebolla.<\/li>\n<li>Quitar las semillas y las nervaduras del aj\u00ed morr\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Picar el aj\u00ed morr\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar en cubos el tomate perita.<\/li>\n<li>Descarozar las aceitunas y cortarlas por mitades.<\/li>\n<li>Rehogar en aceite el aj\u00ed y la cebolla hasta que esta \u00faltima se ponga transparente.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar al salteado la carne picada.<\/li>\n<li>Saltear y revolver de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la carne est\u00e9 casi cocida agregarle sal e incorporar los tomates perita y su jugo.<\/li>\n<li>Condimentar con aj\u00ed molido, y or\u00e9gano.<\/li>\n<li>Aparte cocer en agua hirviendo los huevos por 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Pelar los huevos, cortarlos en rodajas e incorporar al picadillo de carne.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Agregar las aceitunas y las pasas de uva.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar bien y colocar en un molde o asadera que pueda ir al horno.<\/li>\n<li>Aparte, limpiar las papas con esponja y abundante agua.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar las papas con c\u00e1scara en una olla con agua hirviendo.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas, cuando se puedan pinchar f\u00e1cilmente con un tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar las papas y pelarlas en caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Pisar con un prensapapas o con tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar la manteca, sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Distribuir el pur\u00e9 de papas sobre el preparado de carne.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar trocitos peque\u00f1os de manteca sobre el pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a horno caliente hasta que el pur\u00e9 se dore, unos 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar y servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes\u00a0 Carne picada, \u00bd K Cebolla, 1 Aj\u00ed morr\u00f3n rojo, 1 Tomate perita, 1 lata Huevos, 3 Aceitunas verdes, 100g Pasas de uva, 50g Papas, 1k Manteca, 50g Aceite de oliva, cantidad necesaria Sal, pimienta, aj\u00ed molido y or\u00e9gano a gusto Modo de preparaci\u00f3n Picar la cebolla.
