Salar y sumar la merluza en cubitos. Una vez cocida la merluza pasar a un bol y dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Para la salsa, derretir la manteca, sumar la harina hasta que tome. Sumar la leche de a poco e ir revolviendo hasta que espese, rompiendo los grumos con batidor. Condimentar.<\/li>\n<li>Volcar la salsa blanca sobre la merluza y mezclar. Llevar a la heladera a que tome fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer bolitas y rebozar. Llevar a la helera nuevamente. Fre\u00edr en aceite bien caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Para el apanado, batir los huevos con sal, pimienta y perejil.
