Colocar en un bol y sumar el ajo fileteado, el romero, el aj\u00ed molido, la pimienta, romero y aceite de oliva. Tapar y llevar a la heladera para que marine bien.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer los bifes en sart\u00e9n, salar y servir con el pur\u00e9 y ensalada.<\/li>\n<li>Para el pur\u00e9, hervir las papas en egua y sal, pisar y sumar manteca, leche, crema de leche y batir de a poco a la vez que sumamos la mozzarella rallada. Batir mucho a fuego bajo hasta que se forme una pur\u00e9 chicloso.<\/li>\n<li>Para la ensalada, batir el vinagre con el aceite, salpimentar e integrar nuevamente.
