Rehogar la cebolla, ajo y apio, y cocinar hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 bien transparente.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar la manteca y subir el fuego. Dorar la carne. Mezclar el az\u00facar con 1 cucharadita de sal, menta y champignones. Bajar el fuego y revolver por 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>En un bowl, mezclar el pur\u00e9 de tomates con el caldo, verter el l\u00edquido y albahaca en la sart\u00e9n. Cocinar a fuego bajo por 2 horas, revolviendo de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar una olla grande con agua y sal, m\u00e1s 1 cucharada de aceite. Dejar que hierva y cocinar los spaguetti de acuerdo a las instrucciones del paquete.<\/li>\n<li>Colar la pasta una vez lista, y mezclar con la salsa.
