Dejar descansar en la heladera durante 30 minutos y luego estirar la masa con palote o m\u00e1quina de pasta casera a la medida de 1 a 2 mm de espesor.<\/li>\n<li>Relleno: Mezclar los ingredientes picados con la ricota.<\/li>\n<li>Para el armado, estirar la masa y colocarla en un molde para sorrentinos espolvoreado con harina. Colocar el relleno y pintar con huevo para sellar con la otra tapa de masa. Cortar con el palillo y tirarlos en la cacerola con agua hirviendo.<\/li>\n<li>Salsa: asar los cherrys en mitades con oliva y llevar al horno con ajo, tomillo, sal y az\u00facar. Tomar una parte de los tomates y mixearlos para hacer l\u00edquida la salsa.
