{"id":38244,"date":"2015-04-12T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-12T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=38244"},"modified":"2020-02-21T19:48:35","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T22:48:35","slug":"menu-de-domingo-lomo-al-champinon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2015\/04\/12\/menu-de-domingo-lomo-al-champinon\/","title":{"rendered":"Lomo al champi\u00f1on"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lomo, 1<\/li>\n<li>Manteca, 50 g<\/li>\n<li>Aceite, 2 cucharadas<\/li>\n<li>Echalotes, 2<\/li>\n<li>Champi\u00f1ones frescos, 300 g<\/li>\n<li>Vino blanco, 1 vaso<\/li>\n<li>Caldo, 1 taza<\/li>\n<li>Maicena, 1 cucharada<\/li>\n<li>Crema de leche, 200 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Modo de Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Retirar la grasa del lomo.<\/li>\n<li>Atarlo todo alrededor para que no pierda la forma durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>En una olla calentar el aceite y dorar el lomo.<\/li>\n<li>Pelar y picar los echalotes.<\/li>\n<li>Limpiar y cortar en tercios o mitades los champi\u00f1ones.<\/li>\n<li>Bajar la temperatura de la hornalla a mediana, agregar los echalotes picados y los champi\u00f1ones a la olla, revolviendo permanentemente, hasta que los echalotes se vean transparentes.<\/li>\n<li>Salpimentar el lomo.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar el vino, dejar evaporar 5 minutos y agregar el caldo.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar unos 15 minutos y poner la crema en la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Terminar de cocinar el lomo en la salsa (unos 10 minutos m\u00e1s).<\/li>\n<li>Si la salsa no qued\u00f3 lo suficientemente espesa incorporarle la maicena previamente disuelta en media taza de agua fr\u00eda, con el fuego a m\u00ednimo y revolviendo permanentemente, dejar hervir dos minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Quitar el hilo, cortar el lomo en rodajas y cubrirlo con la salsa de champi\u00f1ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes Lomo, 1 Manteca, 50 g Aceite, 2 cucharadas Echalotes, 2 Champi\u00f1ones frescos, 300 g Vino blanco, 1 vaso Caldo, 1 taza Maicena, 1 cucharada Crema de leche, 200 g Modo de Preparaci\u00f3n Retirar la grasa del lomo.
