Cortar los pimientos, las cebollas y el jam\u00f3n del mismo tama\u00f1o que la carne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 4 pinchos de brochette, intercalar los vegetales y las carnes jugando con los colores. Salpimentar a gusto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una plancha caliente, marcar las brochettes por todos sus lados. Retirarlas y colocarlas en una placa de horno lubricada con spray vegetal. Llevarlas a horno caliente unos 10 minutos. Retirar y reservar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la guarnici\u00f3n, antes que nada calentar el grill. Luego, cortar los champi\u00f1ones, berenjenas y zucchini en l\u00e1minas, rociarlos con spray vegetal y salpimentarlos a gusto. Colocarlos en una placa y llevarlos al grill bien caliente. Cocinarlos 2 o 3 minutos de cada lado.
