De jam\u00f3n cocido (opcional)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00a0Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En un bol colocar el arroz, hervido y a temperatura ambiente. En una sart\u00e9n rehogar las cebollas cortadas chicas, con un chorrito de aceite, hasta que est\u00e9n transparentes. Agregar las cebollas al bol con el arroz.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar los huevos, el perejil picado. Y si opt\u00f3 por el jam\u00f3n, agregarlo picado. Condimentar con sal y pimienta. Agregar las cucharadas de f\u00e9cula, hasta que la preparaci\u00f3n espese un poco. Reservar en heladera durante diez minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Colocar abundante aceite, en una olla o sart\u00e9n, y poner a calentar. Cuando la temperatura del aceite, est\u00e9 \u00f3ptima para fre\u00edr, con una cuchara grande, tomar porciones del arroz y llevarlo a fre\u00edr.
