Arrollar. Cortar el puerro y la cebolla, ponerlo en la fuente de horno. Rociarlo con aceite, manteca, caldo y el vino. Hacer los arrollados y atarlos, ponerlos en la fuente, rociarlos con el lim\u00f3n y tapar con papel met\u00e1lico. 30 m.
