Cocinar hasta que las cebollas est\u00e9n tiernas y trasl\u00facidas.\u00a0Agregar el cubito de caldo y un chorrito de vino blanco, y mezclar bien para incorporar.\u00a0Cortar los champi\u00f1ones en rodajas no muy finas. En una sart\u00e9n chica calentar la manteca y agregar los champi\u00f1ones, saltear hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. Incorporar a la preparaci\u00f3n de cebollas. Agregar el pollo en cubos y mezclar. Incorporar la crema de leche y mezclar.\u00a0Condimentar con sal y pimienta a gusto.
