En el centro colocar la\u00a0<dfn>levadura\u00a0<\/dfn>y el agua con el aceite. Amasar y dejar reposar. Estirar\u00a0 y cocinar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>PARA EL RELLENO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Armar el calzone con una base de cebolla salteada con or\u00e9gano, tomate, huevo, mozzarella rallada y albahaca. Cerrar y cocinar en horno medio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cortar en l\u00e1minas los zuchinis y berenjenas y grillar. Rellenar el calzone con los zuchinis, berenjenas, morrones asados, ajo, aceitunas, y el queso rallado.
