Cerrarlos con palillos para que no se abran y dorarlos en oliva en una sart\u00e9n de lado y lado.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte, saltar la cebolla y los morrones en juliana, el tomate perita en cubitos. Salpimentar. Incorporar los bifes al salteado y desglasar con vino blanco. Salpimentar y si es necesario agregar caldo.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte, cortar las papas en rodajas y marinarlas con oliva, aj\u00ed molido y sal.
