Tras el llamado al 911, efectivos policiales y personal del SAME acudieron al lugar. Sin embargo, la joven rechaz\u00f3 recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y se retir\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ada por amigos y su chofer. De acuerdo con el parte policial, al momento de la intervenci\u00f3n no se observaron lesiones visibles. La causa qued\u00f3 inicialmente caratulada como averiguaci\u00f3n de lesiones y la Justicia orden\u00f3 relevar c\u00e1maras de seguridad y tomar declaraciones a los presentes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Con el correr de las horas, el caso sum\u00f3 nuevas versiones. Desde el entorno de Bautista Cui\u00f1a rechazaron la acusaci\u00f3n y sostuvieron que fue \u00e9l quien habr\u00eda recibido rasgu\u00f1os durante la discusi\u00f3n. Incluso trascendieron fotograf\u00edas de supuestas lesiones en el rostro del joven.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La controversia se profundiz\u00f3 luego de que se conociera un informe interno atribuido al boliche. Seg\u00fan ese documento, la discusi\u00f3n habr\u00eda comenzado cuando Cui\u00f1a le pidi\u00f3 a Juanita y a un acompa\u00f1ante que se retiraran de una mesa reservada. El reporte sostiene que la joven habr\u00eda agredido f\u00edsicamente a su expareja y que posteriormente denunci\u00f3 haber recibido un golpe de pu\u00f1o. Esta versi\u00f3n contradice el relato presentado por la modelo ante la Polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mientras tanto, la investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa y ser\u00e1n claves las im\u00e1genes de las c\u00e1maras de seguridad, los testimonios de empleados y testigos, y las pericias que pueda ordenar la Justicia para determinar qu\u00e9 ocurri\u00f3 realmente durante aquella madrugada.<\/p>\n<p>Por el momento, no existe una resoluci\u00f3n judicial sobre el caso y las distintas versiones siguen enfrentadas.
