Retirar y colocar sobre papel absorbente.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar la carne en tiras delgadas. En la misma sart\u00e9n usada anteriormente cocinar la carne hasta que est\u00e9 dorada. Salpimentar a gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Pelar y cortar las cebollas en tiras. Agregar al sart\u00e9n y saltear hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas y caramelizadas.<\/li>\n<li>En un plato colocar una capa de papas fritas. Distribuir las tiras de carne por encima y luego las cebollas.<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr los huevos y colocarlos sobre la mezcla.
